This one-of-a-kind API is specifically designed to cater to the needs of cosmetic industries that adhere to the highest quality standards.
We harness the power of billions of exosomes obtained from mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) derived from the human umbilical cord’s Wharton’s Jelly in our API. It possesses the same healing, anti-inflammatory, and regenerating properties as its source, MSCs, without any cells. Our cell-free product is all natural without any added chemicals, which delivers a dose of biologically active ingredients to any formulation.
This advanced lyophilized API has undergone thorough testing, like cytotoxicity and skin path tests, at both preclinical and clinical levels to ensure its safety for dermatological use. In Vitro Studies
Cell Viability and Proliferation Assay
The proliferation capacity of Advancexo was assessed using a CCK-8 Assay kit on Human Dermal Fibroblasts. Approximately 2 x 104 cells were seeded to each well of a 6-well plate. Negative control was not treated, cells treated with a commercially available fibroblast growth factor (6µg/ml) were used as a positive control. The proliferation capacity was assessed, after trypsinizing and counting cells on the seventh day of expansion. The health of the human dermal fibroblasts post-treatment is displayed below.
Cytokine Profiling of Advancexo
The cytotoxicity of Advancexo, using the MTT Tetrazolium Assay was evaluated by the Institute of Industrial Research & Toxicology (IIRT). The study was conducted in compliance with the ISO 10993-5; 2009 (E) guidelines for biological evaluation of medical devices. The mouse fibroblasts L929 cell line was grown as monolayer cultures, maintained with Minimum Essential Medium supplemented with heat-inactivated FBS 10% and 2mM L-Glutamine. The cultured cells were regularly controlled for cell growth and the absence of mycoplasma. The summary of the IIRT Report (No. IIRT/MD/202112/037/CYT) is presented here.
In Vitro Cytotoxicity Analysis
Advancexo’s cytokine profile was assessed with the help of a Multiplex Assay. The conditioned medium was collected for quantitative estimation of the presence of growth factors on the seventh day of culture. The control was obtained at day zero for baseline value. Advancexo showed several collagen-promoting and anti-inflammatory cytokines.

Innovating Stem Cells to Revolutionize Skin and Hair Care
Presently, cosmetic companies are using active ingredients from plants for the desired effects on skin care; however, it is very important to understand that skin care in our body is naturally controlled with the help of stem cells present within us. Due to ageing, these resident stem cells start losing their capacity to differentiate and regulate skin cells. Geriatric researchers have discovered that multiple factors are responsible for ageing, one of them is inflammatory role played by external stressors like pollution, diseased condition, diet etc.
We have identified the most potent sources of stem cells, isolated from Fetal tissues with in their naïve state. The active ingredients that we isolate from stem cells through unique technology are basically packed controlling codes, secreted by stem cells. Similar codes are inserted in other cells by hijacking them for the production of multiple proteins like collagen, secretion of anti-inflammatory markers for anti-ageing etc. Thus, these active ingredients open the miraculous way towards anti-ageing and longevity. These ingredients are being produced on a mass scale, quality assessed at each step of their development and before the release of the final batch.
